My Example of Custom Arcade Style Joystick - The hack PSX controller.

This part isn't very difficult if you are used to solder.
You have to take to pieces a playstation game pad and solder some wires to the 4 directions and the buttons.

Here is a PSX game pad card :
You have to scrape the connectors and to drill them, so you can solder the wires on it.

The solder points

It's not very difficult if you're carefull and have patience. If you can, jam the PSX card with piers, like that :
With the PSX card like that you just have to connect the right wires to the buttons and the directions. Note all the connections on a piece of paper. It's always possible to make mistakes ! ;-) I did some !

Now, you can play PSX with your new joystick ! Great !
But, it's not the end, how about the encoder for PC ... The KE24.
